A: We usually arrange the production immediately after receiving your payment.

A: Wire transfer, Credit Card and Western Union.

A: We will choose to ship by air shipment or by sea shipment according to the machine size. Assigned your own forwarder for shipment is available.

Q: What if the machine damaged in working?
A: Firstly, we will guide to find out the problem and fix online. If still cannot solve, we will send the spare pare to fix the machine well.

Q: What's the warranty policy?
A: We provide 1 year warranty. And we will provide free replacements if something goes wrong.

Q: What's the MOQ?
A: 1 set.

Q: What's the lead time?
A: It's around 30-40 days normally. If we have the products in stock, it can be sent out immediately.

A: SS304 or 316L according to your request.

Q: How much of the oil yield?
A: The oil yield mainly depends on oil content of your raw material.
