Mini Distillation Apparatus For Essential Oil

Mini distillation apparatus is suitable for co-hydration and water-isolated distillation extraction processes of conventional oils and aromatic oils in plant branches, leaves, flowers, and grass materials containing high oil content. Note: some aromatic plant oil content is very less, normal can extract hydrolat, but if you want to extract essential oil, please chose the plants of high content of essential oil, for example: lavender, Australia tea tree, eucalyptus, rosemary, frankincense etc.

Installation:

1.Install according to the instructions, the center of the upper part of the barrel cover should be centered.

2.The seal ring should be placed along the barrel, no air leakage.

3.Pump connection: Dividing the silicone tube into two, one is connected with the pump and the water inlet of the condenser; the other is connected with the water outlet of the condenser, and put the other tube into cooling water. The pump should sink in the cooling water. The pump connect with the 220V power supply.

4.The plug of the distiller is connected to the central controller. The plug of the central controller can be directly plugged into the 220V power supply.

Cleaning:

1. Be sure to clean the stainless steel parts of the distiller

2. Put 4kg of water in the pot. (no plants or other grass for cleaning purpose)

3.The circulating water pump is electrified at 220V

4.Distiller→ the central controller plug → 220v sockets

5.Adjust knobs 30' 120 at the bottom of the distiller to 120 Max

6.Starting the switch of the central controller and press “+”until the small screen display“90”

7.There may be some impurities in the original distilled water, which comes from the machine's manual polishing. Threw the distilled water away until there are no impurities in the subsequent water, it means the machine has been cleaned well

How to use: (for example 55L distiller)

Basic water 3kg, total water not more than 30kg (excluding the weight of plants)

The cooling water temperature shall not exceed 40- 50 degrees.

(1) Weight the fresh flowers and record the weight

(2) Add 3kg water into the barrel, and put the fresh flowers on the steam plate

(3) Flower with water ratio of 1:3 (flowers 1: water 3)

(4) The circulating water pump is connected with 220V power supply

(5) The distilling machine is connected to the central controller, and the bottom knob of the distilling machine has a maximum modulation of 30~ 120

(6) The central controller is connected to the 220V power supply, starts the switch, and“+”is added to the small screen to display 90

(7) When the first drop of hydrolat comes out, “↓”it goes down to 40

(8) Except the 3kg basic water, the hydrolat quantity is the water quantity we added

(3) Keep distilling and waiting the essential oil output, at the same time, make sure about 3KG of basic water still left in the machine
