Product Description:

1. Product introduction

The LW horizontal screw centrifuge is a new type of two-phase horizontal screw centrifuge mainly suitable for (two phase )liquid-solid separation .

LWS type tricanter centrifuge is mainly used in oil-water-solid (three phase ) separation .

Our decanter centrifuge can used in soy protein separation plant .waste water treatment plan . and also applicable separation of liquid-solid from the olive oil,fish oil,avocado oil , coconut oil and so on .

This centrifuge can continuously produce with a high production capacity and small energy consumption per unit,but also has the best separation effect,minimum material loss,most convenient operation and most economical installation and maintenance costs,the new light and heavy liquid phase distribution devices and reliable labyrinth seal structure are used to achieve the best oil and water separation,the advanced slag-discharge structure is also used to achieve the continuous and smooth solid phase slag discharge avoiding the occurrence of blocking materials ,while eliminating solid phase and water mixing in downtime.

After the decanter’s drum and screw conveyor start to full speed.due to the high speed rotating generating a strong centrifugal force,Material from the feed pipe through the feed hole spiral cylinder into the drum,into the drum under the action of centrifugal force,larger specific gravity solid phase sink attached to the drum wall,forming an annual layer of solid phase,Screw conveyor under the action of the differential mechanism(The differential is to ensure the stability of differential speed device,dual frequency adjust speed devices shared bus,achieved drum speed and differential speed stepless adjustable,can adapt to changes in the flow, concentration,to ensure a good and stable separation effect ,spiral and drum produces a constant differential speed.The solid sediment dehydrated from the small end of the cone drum slag outlet launched,the proportion of light clear liquid from the cylinder end of the overflow overflow.So a continuous feeding, separation, slag, water, to achieve continuous separation effect.

 

This type of centrifuge is designed,manufactured and accepted in accordance with the standard JB/T502-2004 “Screw discharging and setting centrifuge”

All parts coming into contact with the product are made of stainless steel.

2. Working principle

The feed suspension is introduced through an inlet pipe into the feed zone of the conveyor where it is accelerated and directed into the interior of the bowl. The settled solids are conveyed axially towards the small end of the bowl by means of the screw conveyor, which rotates at a slightly different speed than the bowl. On the way to the discharge ports the solids are lifted out of the pond up along the dry beach. The solids are finally discharged from the bowl through the discharge ports into the collecting chamber of the casing that surrounds the bowl. From there the solids are removed by gravity through the outlet funnel. The liquid phase forming a hollow cylinder due to the centrifugal force, and flows towards the large end of the bowl. There the liquid overflows adjustable plate dams into the centrate chamber of the casing and is discharged by gravity.

The light liquid phase is discharged into the casing through radial holes in the large end hub. The heavy liquid phase is discharged through axial holes in the large end hub. The liquid radius for the light liquid phase is smaller than the radius for the heavy liquid phase. The liquid level is controlled by plate dams. In order to prevent the light liquid phase from leaving the bowl through the heavy liquid phase outlet, a separating plate is placed on the inside of the large end hub. The heavy liquid phase has to pass under the separating plate before being discharged into the casing. The liquid radius for the heavy liquid phase is controlled by plate dams. The solids are discharged in the normal way.
