1. Product introduction

Melanger is designed for artisanal food manufacturers and lab experiments.Refining maximizes the nutritional value, releasing the aroma of cocoa, as well as lengthens the shelf life of the product. It can grind cocoa nibs,make nut paste, pralines, spreads,ice cream base,etc.

The melanger is with granite stones which can grind cocoa particles to ≤20 μm with silky and smoothy taste. This is highly efficient and energy saving, it is equipped with a continuous operating motor without the risk of overheating and no need for external cooling fans.
