1. Product introduction

We have different structure of 2000L-6000L essential oil distillation machine,such as basket materials structure, Inverted cone etc. According to raw materials characteristic and distillation method, which can choose different discharge method,basket materials slag discharge, bottom pneumatic slag discharge, manual butterfly valve slag discharge valve;

it consists of distillation kettle, top notes condensation collector, hydrolat collection tank, high efficiency condenser tower, discharge valve, oil-water separator, steam boiler and other related pipelines composition

4. Feature

a. it adopt three-dimensional steam distributor, materials are heated more evenly.

b. Equipped the latest technology of top notes collector, it can condense and collect the head aroma components ( low molecular components) of volatile oil , and make the aroma of essential oil richer and full.

c. Our condensation tower adopt high efficiency vertical condensing , which is Europe condensing technology, better condensing effect with tube condenser + plate condenser + coil Cooler and no water residue in the pipeline.

d. Equipped hydrolat collection tank, the hydrosol as by-product has economic benefit.

e. Discharge method can be chosen according to raw materials characteristic and distillation method.

f. Re-distillation pipeline can be added according to customer's request.
