Equipment structure and principle:

The core part of volatile oil extraction is the oil-water separator for volatile oil extraction, which mainly consists of two parts. The upper part is a horizontal condenser, and the lower part is an oil-water separator. The storage tank is connected to the Chinese medicine extraction tank at a suitable position. During the production process, volatile oil gas and water vapor enter the condenser together. After heat exchange, volatile oil gas and water vapor become liquid and enter the oil-water separator. Because oil and water are immiscible and have different densities, volatile oil floats on the water and remains in the upper glass sight glass of the oil-water separator. The oil reaches the thickness, and then the oil is sent to the outlet oil cup by adjusting the water outlet valve to achieve the purpose of recovery.
