The machine consists of four parts: frame, motor, feed hopper and crushing mechanism. The material enters the crushing chamber directly through the feed hopper, and the crushing purpose is achieved through the strong shearing of the medium-speed rotating moving knife and the fixed knife. The size of the obtained particles is controlled by adjusting the gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife. The particles that meet the requirements are discharged from the discharge port through the control of the screen, while the materials that do not meet the requirements continue to be sheared and crushed in the crushing chamber until they meet the requirements.
